Craig & Craig, LLC’s family law practice includes divorce and post-divorce matters such as child custody, child support, and maintenance (spousal support), as well as such diverse matters as adoption, guardianships, and paternity proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, J. Patrick Lee’s practice concentrated heavily on family law, beginning with his work representing low income clients as an intern with Land of Lincoln Legal Assistance Foundation. Mr. Lee now devotes a substantial portion of his practice to family law matters, particularly divorce and post-divorce matters. Mr. Lee also has substantial experience as a Court Appointed Attorney for appearance involved in proceedings before the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
