Probate and Will Contests

The field of probate law and will contests involve litigation relating to wills, trusts and estates when there are disagreements over the legal consequences of a document, or the intention of the parties who have created the will or trust. Craig & Craig, LLC has been actively involved in litigation of matters relating to will contests and estates for many years and continues to actively practice in the field both for the executors who may be defending the language of a will, or for beneficiaries who believe they may have been short changed in the process.
